Some planners have been asking me recently, “Ciara, because you’re teaching your methods to other planners and in your “6 Figure Wedding Planner System” you’re giving away your templates aren’t you worried that you’ll create an army of cookie cutter planners?”
Great question.
While the thought of an army dressed in pink fatigues clad with tiaras and sparkle spray does make me giggle, I don’t plan cookie cutter weddings and I don’t train cookie cutter planners.
The best way that we can grow and learn is to learn from someone else who has been successful and apply their strategies and principals to our business. If I read a Donald Trump success book my business doesn’t become a carbon copy of his because it would never be successful. His business is successful because it’s based on HIM. Just like your business needs to be based on YOU.
In all of my programs I encourage planners to be truly authentic with their clients to be. You are the face of your business and it’s your personality that is going to attract them and make them want to work with you. The strategies I teach are meant to be infused with your personality. Otherwise, they’re just strategies.
When I look at my high end coaching group of planners, Rockstar Wedding Planner Legends, each has had a very different year. They’ve all been listening to the same Ciara all year long but each has gone in different directions with their business with my guidance and strategies. And I think that this is fantastic!

Not about becoming a cookie cutter planner.
